其实 “Give me a hand ”是在英语会话中蛮常用的一句话，当别人问你“Could you give me a hand?”，他的意思其实是“Could you help me?”。
你千万不要误会人家是在恐吓你，要你把手剁下来给他。

请你帮我抬一下这个袋子好吗？（√）
例句：

give a big hand ≠ 帮一个大忙
前面我们说了“give a hand”是帮忙的意思，千万别抖机灵，以为 “give a big hand”是帮大忙的意思。
其实“give a big hand”是热烈鼓掌喝彩。
